Each shoebox is filled with hygiene items, school supplies and toys. We invite and encourage you and your family to pack one or more shoeboxes.

This holiday season, we are going to pack 120 shoeboxes filled with love, essentials, and joy for children around the world. Each box is a small gift with a big impact—and this year, we’ve added a special touch: custom-made drawstring bags so every child can carry their treasures with pride.

But we need your help to get these boxes where they’re needed most. 📦 Shipping costs total $1,440 for all 120 boxes. Every dollar brings us closer to delivering hope and happiness. If you’d like to support this mission, please consider donating here: Sponsor a Shoebox

Who Can join: members, parents, everyone are welcome to participate

Join our 21‑day MOVE4MANA challenge: turn your daily movement into life‑saving nutrition for children facing malnutrition. Any physical activity — walking, running, cycling, ball games, yoga, gardening, rock climbing, aquatics, workouts, meditation — counts. How your effort becomes food

• Log each activity and its duration on the attached form.
• Submit your completed form to your team leader every week.
• Team leaders will compile totals and submit them to MOVE4MANA.
• Activities are converted into Good Points, which will be donated as Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food packets for children with Severe Acute Malnutrition in partnership with Food For Famine Society and World Vision Canada. Why your participation matters

Every minute you move turns into nutrition for a child. Small, consistent actions across our community quickly add up to real impact. Involving parents multiplies movement and support — and makes this a team win.

Simple ways to join in

• Aim for 20–30 minutes a day — split it up if needed.
• Mix activities so everyone can take part.
• Keep the form handy and update it the same day you move.
